Led by a seasoned legal professional with a background from UC Berkeley (BA 1971) and UC Law SF (JD 1975), our mission is to provide expert consulting and testimony in legal malpractice, attorney negligence, and ethics disputes.
History &Background
With over 40 years of handling legal malpractice cases and attorney liability actions, I have participated in over 600 lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Additionally, my expertise has been sought as an expert witness in more than 115 cases, and I’ve provided testimony in court about 25 times. This wealth of experience allows me to navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and precision.
